Post workout
Everytime I finish my workout, I usually feel a little light headed. I have been eating about an hour to an hour and half before my workouts. Not sure if I should be adding something in my diet plan or what?? Any advise would be helpful.

protein
You might try some protein and/or fats b/f your workout - it'll burn off more slowly than carbs. Protein shake, handful of almonds, some turkey slices and avacado... You can also have that 30 mins b/f your workout, won't give you heartburn like carbs can.
Are you drinking plenty of water during your workouts?

Post Workout
I'm drinking around 24oz. of water during my workout. I tried taking 1/3 of my post protein shake before my workout and it seemed to help a little bit more.
