Pregnancy, Nutrition and exersise
I am almost 12 weeks pregnant and have been so sick I haven't been able to get to the gym. My plan is to get back once the nausea is over. I am curious to know if Whey Powder is safe while pregnant and if so should I reduce the quantities in my shakes. So far the idea of fried or fatty foods make me ill and I have been very sensitive to alot of food. (I have craved ice cream though) I would prefer to have a homemade chocolate peanut butter shake if I can but am not sure if any of the other ingredients in the powder are safe.

Whey
According to my Whey Protein label, it states that pregnant women should not use it. It would be best to get your protein from milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, nuts, sweet potato, bake or grilled meats and fish.
