Problems Logging On
I can only log on to website requesting an email to be sent to me. Thru email with website attached, then I log in from there. It's the same screen name and password. Why can't I log on directly thru website? Why do I have to go thru this process every time? HELP!!!

Website forgets me entirely
I think I've now signed on as a new user for the fourth time! Every time I shut down my computer, Fitclick has no idea who I am. "No email address associated with that username," it says. I don't know what else to do but start over again. All the days of menu and calorie tracking .. gone! I don't know if I have the heart to start over again. I signed up this time with the exact same username and password, but my data seems to be gone forever. How can I stop the slate from being wiped clean every time I close the Safari window?? Thanks for your help!
