Pumpkin Seeds
Do you save the seeds from the pumpkin to eat or plant?

My hub loves pumpkins seeds.
I toast them in the oven too. They are really nutty, but a bit hard on my teeth! LOL>

I never like pumpkin so I never tried them. My kids give me a hard time about not liking pumpkin pie.

I love them roasted. They work so good when I want something to eat to keep me busy more than the fact that I am hungry because peeling them is so much work.
