Question about circuit training
I'm new to the site, and was using the circuit training routines from jillianmichaels.com until now, so I picked the intermediate circuit training workout plan here, only to find that this looks nothing like jillian's circuits. I don't see any instructions on how to follow the workout, so my question is, how much cardio am I supposed to do at the beginning (the site didn't give me a target number of minutes), and how many times am I supposed to go through the circuit? If I go through more than once, should I do some cardio in between? If so, how much?

I'm about to go to the gym and guess at it now, so maybe I'll figure it out on my own, but any help would be greatly appreciated!

Pending on your overall condition go through your circuit training once to start. For your cardio train at the end of your strength training. For your cardio you are 24 and this routine says 75% of your target heart rate for 30 minuts. That would put you at 147 beats per minute. I hope this helps.

Thanks for your help! Where did you see the 30 minute target in the routine? I'm not seeing that...
