Question about tracking excersises
So, I wanted to track my exercise (as I have started One on One Training with Jackie). There are some cardio in the abdominal section that I have done, and when I go to track it, it instead goes into strength.
How should I go about tracking it? Much appreciated!

Enter each differently
Track time done for each exercise separately. Enter amt of time spent in cardio then enter the amt of time you did in strength (abdominals) training. Good luck

Strength goes by lbs and reps, which are not counted in the video, as it goes by minute. How would I track that?
