Questions about the strength workouts...
I'm just a little confused here. I have no problem understanding the cardio plans (100 meter repeats, 400 meter repeats? Sure, I did track; I'm savvy). However (And it could be possible I'm overlooking something simple and I belong in the loony bin) I haven't a clue what is being sad for the strength daily workouts. I mean an incline dumbbell press? A one-arm dumbbell extension? Hindu push up? Burpees? What? I was shocked (And admittedly, slightly embarrassed) to see no one else had a question about these. If someone would care to enlighten me on this I would be very grateful to them. Thank you and have a nice day. ( or night depending on the time zone...)

give some specific questions and I am sure myslef and some others could lend a hand so you can figure these out.

Thank you very much for that and if I do have any questions I'll be sure to be more specific in the future. :) I was just getting started and a little overwhelmed by all the workouts I guess but I conferred with my good friend Senior Google and we worked out most of my problems. ^^ Thanks for being helpful though!
