Quick healthy snacks
When I go camping with my kids I pack grapes and strawberries in a snack size ziplock bag. and also bring the nature valley granola bars.
In fact when I go grocery shopping and purchase grapes and strawberries the first thin I do is wash seperate and clean out and bag up and put them in the refregirator at eye level and easy to reach so the whole family can enjoy.
I am trying to get the whole family to eat healthy and so far it is working.

Great Ideas
Some great ideas.
a half-cup of whole grain granola with some dried fruit should be enough to tide you over until lunch.
Fruit smoothie, use three-quarters of a cup of yogurt, then add a whole fruit, such as an orange, peach or a half-cup of strawberries, as well as a little orange juice and some ice cubes. A banana produces a nice texture.” Don’t hesitate to use frozen fruit in your smoothie.
Spread two tablespoons (one serving) of nut or soy butter onto a whole-grain tortilla, then fold or roll it up.
Hard-boil a batch of eggs and store them in the fridge so you can quickly grab one on your way out to snack on with a few whole-grain crackers.
Cut a slice of bread into two halves and pile on 1 to 2 ounces of leftover roast chicken, turkey, beef, egg salad or tofu.
Homemade cereal bars or muffins, but you can also make them in large batches and freeze in individual portions for added convenience.
Not the most obvious snacking choice, seasoning and roasting chickpeas, or puréeing white beans with garlic and lemon juice for a healthy dip or sandwich spread.

Ok I got lots of veggies cut up in baggies, granola bars, nutty butter, dried fruits and nuts, and wheat crackers. Turkey and wraps. My step daughter was watching me pack last night and said "where's the chocolate"? The look on her face was priceless when I told her there was none. I have her a lil goodie bag but she doesnt know it yet. Packed and ready to go. See youns when I get back.
