RIGHT WEIGHT
HI, I AM CONFUSED I EXERCISE AND WATCH WHAT I EAT. BUT WHEN I WEIGH MYSELF IN THE MORNING I WEIGH MORE THAN LATER ON IN THE EVENING. DOES IT HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH MY WORK SCHEDULE 11P-7A? I ALSO TAKE MY LUNCH AT 3A. SHOULD I WEIGH MYSELF IN THE EVENINGS AND IS THIS MY TRUE WEIGHT? HELP!!!
