Rapid fat loss diet - tips?
I'm trying the rapid fat loss diet, low carb, low fat, high protein. I am struggling with my calories...they may be too low? 600-800....but I feel i am eating enough...not sure i am getting results...day 8.

Is anyone doing a similar plan?

Definitely too low!!
Eating too few calories will cause you to lose muscle and lean tissue mass and not the fat tissue. Messes up your metabolism too :/

My diet
Do you think the food tracker on here is accurate?
I've been eating egg white/spinach scrambles for breakfast, low fat string cheese or cucumbers for mid morning and afternoon snacks, low fat cottage cheese, celery, cucumbers for lunch and a cabbage, spinach, mushroom stir fry (no oil) with a lean protein ;3-4 oz) every day.

Comes out to 700-800 cals on the diet tracker on this site...but seems like a reasonable amount of food. Also taking suupliments.

I have found the diet tracker to be very accurate. Why are you eating such a low fat diet? Latest data shows that fat doesn't make us fat but sugar does. I have been eating a lot more healthy fats since reading the latest findings and seeing great improvement in my health and lowering my body fat %.

check out this article... (I can find you many more!!)

Rapid Fat Loss
Loosing weight isn't just right down to the amount of exercise you need to do. It is also worth considering your diet plan, try the tips below.

Possess a varied, balanced diet, attempt to reduce sugar filled foods for example sweets and fizzy drinks, and eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.

Eat three meals, do not skip meals as hesitant to eat will decrease your blood sugar allowing you craving sweet foods.

When you're getting peckish try healthy snacks for example fruit, or carrot sticks and cucumber sticks with dip.

Take a look at portion sizes, are you overeating?

Reduce fatty foods and eat unsaturated fats instead.

Eat lean meat were possible or cut extra fat off your meat.

Use healthier cooking way of example steaming and boiling instead of frying foods for instance.

Conserve the exercise and you ought to see some results soon.

If you're weighing your self to see if you've dropped a few pounds in the exercise that you're doing, it will not show that you're shedding pounds if you're building muscle through exercising, as muscle weighs greater than fat
