Anyone looking to workout together in the Reading PA area, both male and female's I also work out at LA Fitness . I am diabetic and my goal is to stay off the diabetes meds and so far I am not taking them, this is a major lifestyle change for me, but hey, Let's Do It NOW

I just joined last week and I am from Exeter. I have a membership to Gold's gym, but I need to start exercising for half an hour at a time. I have put on a lot of weight in the last 3.5 years. Dawn

I live in Reading, well, near Reading
I just joined and I live in Reading. I've been trying to lose about 10lbs. and have found this very motivating. I do need to exercise though!!!
