Ready, Set, Here I go......
This is not the first time I have done a blog, but it is the first time I have done one to track my weight-loss. At my heaviest I weighed 279 lbs. I am 5'3. so needless to say I was very obese and I had to do something about it. So, I had gastric bypass surgery, It was a good thing, I lost the weight felt better about myself and began to get my self esteem back and all the things that go along with that. I got down to a size 8 and 155 lbs. I was feeling fab. Then, I got pregnant with my second child at 39 yrs old. And what I feared the most happened, I gained some of the weight back and I am feeling very bad about myself again, self esteem is lacking and my all in all attitude is pretty bad. I weigh 194 lbs. and I am wearing a size. 16 pants, how could I let this happen again? I am going to lose some of the weight and I am going to be able to go outside and do things with my kids without having to stop for breath. I started this workout routine and I am very determined, I will succeed, even if it takes me a long time. I just want to lose 29 lbs. I know I can do it, just don't get discouraged and quit!!!!

I am at the same point. I get really stressed and I am 18 years old and just about to graduate high school. I am 233 pounds and i am 6 1 I hate the way i look and feel every time i try on my clothes it seems like they get tighter and tighter. I want to lose the weight so bad but i never have time. so i am going to really do it this time. i have tried before but i have never been able to stick with it. i just hope this works for me and you. good luck!

I am 36 years old 5'4 and over weight- it is hard for me to lose weight- not sure why- I walk every day- watch what I eat- I try this I need help -
