Really Could Use Help
I am a disabled person who has to use a cane everyday when I walk or even stand up. I am in my cousins wedding in August and would like to lose weight but I am finding hard to do so. I can't do any lifting and can only stand walking for about 10mins at a time before I need to sit down and rest for about an hour. Does anyone have ideas that can help me lose the weight before I have to wear a dress!!

An answer for you
I wanted to say when I had a trainer at the gym she introdua introduced me to a machine where you sit and work your arms in like a bicycle motion and you can do different levels of resistance on it just like a bicycle. I worked out on it and saw fantastic results. If you need me to I can always find out what the machine is called, or if anyone knows please. (sorry, dont remember)
BEST of luck to you!!!

An answer for you continued...
She had told me it was very accessble and a number of her clients in rehabilitation were using it. ALSO, 10- 12 8 oz glasses of water today as long as you dont have any health reason not to. =) I know firsthand.

Workout problem
In a case like yours I would consider using dumbells and trying strength exercise while sitting. There are lots of chest/arm exercises on video in the exercise tracking menu that will assist you with what strength exercise you'll be able to do...Place/store your dumbells on a chair will make it easy access to get to rather than placing them on the floor! Good luck
