ReceivedHeart Rate monitor today---yea
My Polar heart rate monitor came in today---maybe that will motivate me to exercise more---what do you use for motivation to exercise??? I need lots of suggestions!

How exciting
Good morning jjswbs2. How fun to shop for skinny clothes.
I remember when I did that 3 years ago. I now shop for longer clothes. I had lost 50lbs in 2009 but then in 2010 they begun to creep up 10lbs-when I fell and broke my ribs that May. Then in Oct same year my husband left dripping trunks in the hotel bathroom-you guess it I slippied and rebroke same ribs. I never got the first 10lbs off and add more after the second time. But I trying and the challenges really motivate me. As you have.

Staying motivated isn't hard if you appraoch your exercise program with an open mind. Be flexible and let yourself have fun. Eventually, you will realize that you're actually enjoying working out, and before you know it, you will be looking forward to exercising.
