Recommeded excercises
I am a 66 year old female whom has not worked out in well over a year. Now, I am terribly stiff. I want to get started again. I miss it. Would anyone have any specific recommedations for excersise & diet plans from this site? Thanks!

Start out slow
Start out with some walking, then gradually increase it has you get comfortable with it. Add some light weights. Set a calorie goal. Eat six small meals that averages out to that amount per day. Try to eat lean meats. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits. Be sure to drink at least eight glasses a water per day. Take it one day at a time. Good luck to you.

If you can swim, do so, start out slow.
