eating healthy
Hi - I have a daughter who is in recovery for anorexia and bulimia. Your best bet is to speak to a nutritionist who can tell you how to eat healthily and maintain an appropriate weight for your height and frame. You need to take good care of your self - focus on eating healthy and not so much on the not gaining weight.

Recovering Bulimia.
If you want to achieve a lower weight, focus more on healthy eating and exercise. There are lot of people on here who are willing to help you.Good luck and stay strong.I suggest you to read the book on this , "Overcoming Binge Eating" by Fairburn, which contains useful information.
