Reset Nutrition Targets (to 'factory' settings)
Is there a way to have ALL the nutrition targets reset to FC recommendations? I have made changes to my targets but since I just changed my goal weight I wonder if my calories or other things are now off. (from a minor goal of minus 10 kg to a final goal of 150 lbs, which is more than minus 100 lbs)
Also, I assume the calorie target lowers as your weight lowers. Is this still true if you have reset your calorie target?

nutrition targets
If you have a prescribed diet then you could recreate the diet, if you has a track-only diet you could go and re-do your targets
