Rest Day
I'm currently using the calendar to be accountable for my results. Thursday, July 23rd, I did not go the gym and had a "rest day." I summitted a blank exercise program. Is that correct? Or is there a way to post a "rest day?" Also, is there another place on this site for just random questions and answers? I don't think it's appropriate to ask these questions on a "firm up" section of the site. I appreciate any response regarding my questions. THANKS

you can do what you did (submit empty values) but generally users don't submit empty values. if you didn't complete a scheduled workout, you can just use the "skip workout" function to delete the workout from your calendar.

the calendar view was intended to show completed workouts and pending workouts. submitting a blank day ends up appearing as a completed workout. but if that makes you more accountable to the site and your plans go right ahead -- use the system however it makes sense to you

there is a forum called "tell us what you think" which is generally more related to site questions.
