Rookie Workout for the Injured Traveler
So my wife uses a site like this on and over the last year she has just done amazing. Now its time for me to play catch up, but I am ready. So here is my situation....I need a workout routine. But this is where it gets complicated. I need a routine with options. Basically I have an ankle injury right now so treadmill walking of any kind is out, which sucks because I like incline walks. I am on the road Sunday night, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and go home Thursday night. So if I am away from my family for those days I have no excuse but to workout. So I need a strength training routine for those days that is simple and effective. I would need some options just incase the hotel doesnt have freeweights or machines or no workout room at all. I know I am asking a lot, but I am just looking for a physical trainer who is up to the task. Hell I would even pay for a service like that. Also does anyone know of an online nutritionist? Thanks in advance!

That is a big issue, ankle injuries are tough and it take time to heal. You should start taking online session from personal trainer that will only focus on you. I would refer Online powerlifting coaching as they have the best man , but you need to follow their diet strictly and faithfully.
