I know exactly hat you mean.
I felt the same way this weekend. But I decided this morning that if I want anything to change I have to be the one to make the effort. Let go of the past and just keep moving forward is going to be my new mantra.
Good luck to you.

ok i think I have this at least partly figured out
About: How weight watchers has their meetings set up. I was totally embarrassed having to weigh in in front of strangers. There was no privacy about this, just a long line up to get on a scale. The weights were announced in front of everyone and we were supposed to keep track of our own in a little book. (Embarrassing and humiliating before the meeting ever started. )
Then there was a *motivational speaker*. It was basically a speech by someone who had lost weight on their system. That was inspiring and did give me some hope.
I do think their cookbook and meal plans are really good. The cost of their meeting is high if someone is on a budget.
Has anyone else gone to a weight watchers meeting and had this happen? I would like to hear about it.
I guess this was my biggest turn off about dieting .Now I try to think of it as a lifestyle change instead of a diet.

You guys are so fit!
I am hopeless at cardio especially jogging, due to poor lung capacity from a bout of pneumonia, and also back problems (especially pelvic/shoulders) from horse riding accidents...
I find the elliptical works okay for me, jogging just wrecks my back and my chiro has told me in no uncertain terms that I am not to do it
So today I managed 7 kilometres (I am an Aussie) at a pretty fair intensity, which is my personal best to date. Not much, but I am pleased with myself!
