Saturated fats vs. good fats....
Evidence is showing a diet low in carbs, and high in fat is actually beneficial for health, and that it is the over abundance of carbs in the diet that becomes our triglyceride level, so fat isn't really the bad guy after all (within moderation) the SATURATED fat is the culprit.

Triglycerides are what aid in forming plaque in the arteries, and are very dangerous. People who aren't eating enough good fats are at risk for poor health. Extra virgin olive oil, nuts, seeds, canola oil, fish oil and avocados are great to help raise HDL cholesterol. Got my blood work back and my levels are all good. Do you know your levels?
