Saving Workout : Community Message Boards

Saving Workout
I just joined yesterday and have been trying to set-up my workout ever since! Every time I try to create a workout I can't get past day 1 of the 7 day plan!

Built day 1 and when I clicked save and continue - The entire day that I just build disappeared!
Built day 1 and clicked Copy day - Entire dat disappears.

Prett much everything that I do erases day 1! I'm I doing something wrong or is this just a beta issue?

We were unable to replicate this problem from our end when creating a new workout plan. Could you please let us know what internet browser and operating system you are running to access the site?

Saving workouts
I am having the same issue with saving workouts. There is a thing at the top that says calories will be updated once I click "submit results" but I am not getting a "submit results" button to click on. How do we save?

The "Submit Results" button will only appear on the screen after you've entered in your "actual" values and clicked "Save and update."

Yesterday when I clicked "save and update" everything disappeared and I had to enter it all again, with no luck. I just tried it again and it seems to be working today. Thanks for your help. I really think the site will help me keep on track! Now I just need to remember to enter everything!

This has worked great for almost a week now, but today, everytime I hit "save and update" on my workout, everything disappears instead of saving and giving me the "submit results" button. I'm entering information exactly as I have for the last several days. Why is it not saving?

We were unable to replicate this error when logging into your account. Could you please let us know what operating system and internet browser (the specific version would help) you are running to access the site?

My work laptop is Windows XP, Internet Explorer 8. My home desktop computer is Windows XP and Internet Explorer 8, also. Neither one will work. I tried again this morning with no luck.

I just tried again on my home computer using Firefox version 3.0.16, and it still deletes all of my data when I click on "save and update." Please please please help!
