Seasons are changing... has your workout?
Now that Spring has sprung, I find that I’m spending more time outside and plan to get my entire family involved with running/jogging once it gets warmer. How has your workout routine changed?

LOL

BReasonable that's hilarious...I live near Vancouver and here in the lower mainland it's been sunny as well but almost every where else in BC it's been snowing too.

Scout200 so far my workouts are staying the same just increasing in intensity. I'm doing Insanity by Shaun T and pretty soon I'll be doing my Max interval training....i've got one month left then after that I'm not sure what I'm going to be doing....but you are right, I should mix things up a bit to take advantage of the nice weather. Any suggestions other than running/jogging?

Not a southerner lol
I'm actually from South Dakota.. it's getting warmer though.. (anything above zero is warm! LOL) I can't wait for the ground to dry up so I can spend more time outside with the kiddos... I also have a 6 yr old who is quite determined to walk with me but I have a feeling I'll be carrying her the majority of the way! LOL
