Seems impossable to get back
Last July I quit smoking and decided to hit the local athletic field and walk and walk till i didnt want smokes anymore, well in 3 months I lost close to 30 lbs. Eating well and exercise became part of life, then New England winter came I joined the gym but between snow and cold i find myself saying tommorow and then tommorow and yup tommorow I put all the weight back on kinda feel like crap, and cant seem to get to the gym and if I do its 2 days then back to yep ill go tommorow.
How do I make exercise habbit? How do i stay with it? the one person i had to do this with me doesnt seem to get outa bed till 3 pm and going to gym that late doesnt fit my schedual
