You don't need it
You're the most diligent and disciplined person I know. Diane also mentioned that she read that some of Sensa's ingredients have a link to cancer. So stay away from it.

I wouldn't bother with it
I think that tricking your body is not what you want to do. What I try to do is listen to it better. You do need to eat, but eat slow so you can notice the "I feel full" signal. You're body knows what it needs, evolution has breed us so the best gage of what we need is us. It is just a matter of responding correctly and putting good, healthy food in as the body requires.
