Should I be drinking regular milk instead of Almond milk?
Guess I need to check the calcium content of each....I prefer my hubby to drink the almond milk instead of the regular milk bc of sugar content! Hope I'm not doing more harm by drinking it!

I LOVE almond milk
YOu can get unsweetened almond milk that is 35 calories a cup!!! This is amazing to any other type of milk. Its still thick and creamy too. I use it in shakes, cereal, slim-fast, pancakes...you name it. I won't go back. Apparently the company is working on ice creams and yogurts too. HOpefully we will be chatting about how great those are soon :0

I would love to try ice cream made from almond milk! Especially if it was sweetened with stevia!!
