Alright...please suggest replacements for the snack(s) that I have eaten.
I ate a 120 cal packet of Chips-a-Hoy. Please suggest an easy to grab snack for my next urge to pick up a Chips-a-hoy packet.
Thanks!
Basically, I'm seeing what I currently eat and want to substitute a healthy item in its place. It will gradually replace my "empty calorie" snacks with nutrients my body needs for a healthy lifestyle.

I'm the same way. Why not try a nutrition bar? You could also try low fat string cheese or fruit. Veggies cut up for single servings and put in the fridge are easy too. If you're out on the road and didn't take anything with you, I go for low sodium pretzels like Snyders sourdough nibblers. Good Luck!

I put into use a small insulated lunch bag with the snacks that I like plus a frozen water as I have cheese and nuts and jerky prepacked by me so no thinking required while stuck in trafic just remember to add it into your tracker
