Spring is time to ride your bicycle
Now that it is spring, I ride my bike to work. It's about 20 miles ride to work and back home. Do you ride to work and how far do you bike.

Biking
I ride my moutain bike around my hill here, but miss real distance biking on long winding bike paths-and along reservoir roads-or along beach paths-boardwalks-moving from the subs to the mountains it is diff to find straight-a-ways or safe places to ride w/out having to travel by car and that means gas. I have a recumbent bike, but not the same feeling at all. Being inthe great outdoors feeling the wind in your hair and breathing the fresh air...miss it all.

Ride for Roswell
Every June I ride my bike in a charity ride to raise funds for a cancer research hospital in Buffalo. I usually ride a 12 mile peloton followed by a 30 mile scenic ride along the Niagara river. Every year I'm in agony afterward because I don't do much training beforehand. I need to get on my bike earlier this year. Maybe this weekend!
