Strength Quotient
What the heck does the strength quotient mean and how is it determined? Is it just the push up thing?

it's a 200 point scale that uses your push up value (and other exercises if you've submitted them), age, gender, etc. to come up with a general strength level.

it's just a fun measure for strength -- not a scientific measurement. as you get stronger the value will increase. but if gaining strength isn't your goal, it's not particularly meaningful. we have plans to develop more detailed scoring for users at some point but it's not high on the list right now.
