Success Story (in progress)
I put in progress becasue im continuing in my weight loss. I'm doing the in home boot camp workout called P90X. (If you havnt heard of it it's an extreme fitness program, with weight training, cardio and yoga. Its a 90 day boot camp.) I have completed 1 round and I am in my second. When I started i weighed 215 (blah) couldnt stand it. So i decided to do something about it and ordered P90X. WOW ! after my 1st round i was down to 189lbs. In this round I have lost more weight and as of today im at 179lbs. Totally excited, i havnt been this low in YEARS. Not only is the weight coming off but I'm toning up too. The worst part is having to buy new clothes ;) (all my clothes are huge on me now)
Becasue of my success with P90X i decided to become a Team Beachbody Coach and now I help others reach there goals as well, if you have any questions or want to chat be sure to hit me up.

Hope rollercoaster
I got out of my workout routine during the winter, now that spring is about, I've been very motivated to loose the 10lbs I put on during the winter.
I go to the gym about 5times a week, after work for atleast 40mins if not longer. I start with cardio for 10mins to warm me up, I continue on the weights for 15-20mins and then finish up the work out with 20-25mins on the tredmill or bike.
I've been soo very trying to stay positive but I don't see results!
Althought watching my eating, nothing is doing the trick. Any help? or tips?

You will surely succeed!
A couple of years ago, it helped me a lot to lose 22 lbs of training from site Motify. Now I quit training, but really want to continue. I haven’t heard anything about p9ox training, but I think that they are also effective.
