Suggestion: 5 "meals" a day for diet tracker.
I want to say first that I think this site is very good. I love the recipe builder and diet tracker - they are excellent.

My trainer wants me to have 5 meals a day - and it would be great to have a "morning snack" added to the options for the tracking or maybe a flexible system where you enter a meal time and users create their own meal schedule.

Again, great site.

I'm not a big fan of the workout builder. I find it really time consuming to build workouts - it would be good to have some generic "strength training circuit" at maybe high, med, low intensity to make tracking easier (I really don't remember what my trainer makes me do each workout - I just know if it was high or med intensity from a cardio perspective and heavy or light workout weight).

Thanks
Jacqueline

The number of meals available per day is a user setting -- go to the "Account" link in the upper right corner and click on the "Number of meals per day" link

Some changes to the workout tracker are pending and we are considering other. However, there are many generic, user-generated circuit workouts available on the site -- use the "switch workout" link and search through the workouts added by other members (sorting by circuit training)
