Supplements-what do you take?
My md told me I should take vit d with calcium. Now that summer is over, and I do not get out into the sun as much, I really need to start taking these. Anyone have a suggestion, brand, dosage, side effects?

I also payed through the nose for a vegan krill oil capsule that claimed it had a "no burp" formula-if any of you guys have ever taken flax oil, or fish oil, you know well what those "repeats" taste like. Let's just say I am reminded at least 3 or 4 times after taking it, that it was from the sea!

What do you all take?

I take several supplements daily. My fish-oil supplement does not cause any "repeats" with me. :) The only side effect I have is when I take my iron without food... bellyache! :P

I remember that Iron tummy ache...
I used to take Iron when I was pregnant w/ dd. I had morning sickness, so I took my multi sometimes on an "emptied" stomach. It definitely hurt my gut.

Which brand fish oil do you take and how do you take it? With meals? I have heard that some brands have really high mercury content?

I take a women's mutlivitamin, potassium and vitamin c once a day.
