I decided to go on a lifestyle change, so I have been watching my calories and excersing every day. However I am started to feel fed up. I am at the heavist I have been, so today I did a 15 minutes yoga workout, and I have never felt so angry at my self, for not being able to stretch all the way.It makes me feel so up all I want to do is cry, because I feel like I let myself down. It is starting to feel like I am getting nowhere, and I really want to give up. So does anyone ave any tips to keep the motivation up? Thank you all in advance!

DON'T GIVE UP
I decided to go on a lifestyle change myself and I can understand
how you feel to some degree, Just give it some time the more you
stretch the easier it gets and next thing you know you will be very flexible. I know how it feels to want to give up but please don't
every little bit that you do counts a lot.I have a hard time staying
motivated so what I do is read a lot of diet magazines,You learn
a lot and the success stories really help me stay on track and motivate me, I know that sounds silly but it works for me. You
need to stop being angry at your self and feeling you let your self down, That is the past and the future is bright just think of the future and what you can and will accomplish.
Hang in there!

Hi there lilshiromelon&&Rhonda216....
I am too on a lifestyle change, I would love a chat/buddy system for support and motivation. I have lost 120 lbs in the past...not so long ago...well in 2009. .I started on Jan. 1 and by Feb.2010 I was down 120 lbs...well life was GREAT..I had never felt better. I was a better MOM, a better ME, a better EMPLOYEE...I am a single mother of 5 amazing children (at time of weight loss 4 lol). To make a long story short, my EX and I had been broken up since 2001 and I hadn't gotten back into dating scene. I was focused on my kids && Job...well after the weight loss I fell victim to my EX....needless to say I welcomed our 5th child in Nov. of 2010. So here I am....Sadly I have all the tools and resources to attain great success,but the problem is mental. I can't breakthrough and get motivated. I would love to share info&& support if u'd like. I am so angry at myself as well,mostly for allowing myself to fall VICTIM to my ex...I need a booooooosssttt from great ppl. thanks in advance for any time,effort,stories,and moto u may offer...BTW....wow I already feel lighter just getting that off my chest....hehehe thanks for listening...Rebecca

you can do this!!!
Well I'd just like to congratulate you on your choice to make a lifestyle change. I know all so well about self-deprecating remarks. I'd just like to say your courage to post here speaks in huge volume. In return I'd just like to say thanks. I know we all have the urge to just claim failure....when the only failure is a quitter....and doing 15 mins is a great starting point...just think the 15 will soon be 30 min and effortless at that.....I am just saying...being fed up is the best motivation...being sick of dwelling in the shadows of our on life...will turn into the Shine of your star.....
