Swiss ball trouble
So I finally got an exercise/yoga/swiss ball thing, hoping that I could change up my fitness routine. Unfortunately I seem to be having difficulty using it. I just end up rolling around and cannot keep any form when I use it.
Is there any tips I should know about? I have a feeling I might just not have the strength and balance for it yet.

Ball Exercise
Ball exercises can be very effective at exercising your abs.

The Ball Jacknife is a great ball exercise and will require work from your upper and lower abdominals, as well as your hips. The Ball Side Crunch ball exercise represents a fantastic way to target your obliques.

It takes some practice to get the hang of it. Start with basic balance moves and give yourself time and patience :)

Spread your feet
I find spreading my feet on the floor kinda helps with the balancing when first beginning!

Thanks for the support. I tried keeping my feet farther apart and it does help my stability. Now I just need to keep at it.
