reply to increased appetite
I am definitely wanting to eat more and trying my best not to. I havent eaten anything bad but even eating salad I want to eat second bowl. if anyone has any suggestions on how to overcome this problem please message me. I have lost 50 lbs in the past year and I have a long way to go to my ideal weight and I am scared of gaining it all back. thank you.

Hey, as long as you are eating a healthy salad with no fatty dressing, eat to your hearts content. Better to fill up on salad, than anything bad. Remember you can' tlive on salad alone though...besure to up your protein a little too. Lean cuts, and use lots of seasoning, not salt for flavor. Also, make a skinny chili with lean beef and beans. Make low carb buns with almond flour.

I crave carbs at night. That's my cue to go to bed. Problems arise when circumstances do not allow me to turn in.

Often if I go downstairs to get something, I inevitably grab something to snack on, that I don't need!!!
