The Ten Commandments of Weight Loss. Do you have one to add?
I tried to cut and copy the article but using the link is easier...this is a smart list, used as a reminder to me of how to stay on track and what it takes to stick to a weight loss plan for life. Do you have any of your own that help motivate you? Hope you all enjoy this! I sure did.
