scroll overs?
Hi donnasim. Thanks for the feedback. Are you referring to the scroll over ads? We don't actually have any pop-ups on the site. The ads are an important revenue source that enable us to keep FitClick free for our users. They are common across a lot of sites.

No--not the ads
I understand that ads are beneficial to the site.... this is a pop up that comes up ONLY when I access the Recipe Finder tab!.....driving me crazy----

send screen grab
We are still unsure what you're referring to, and don't have any pop-ups on the site, but if you send us a screen grab to [email protected] we'll try to figure out what's happening.

You may have disabled it by accident.

Sorry---it's a script that starts running
It's not a pop up but a script causing this problem....I'll have to recheck my settings... Again, it is only on the recipe finder tab...not recipe maker, etc.

what brower?
What browser, version and OS are your using? It might be that one of our scripts has a problem in an older browser. Also, what does the pop-up say? Thanks.

I think this is the whole problem, one of the scripts has problems, so it's better to ask for help. A specialist will better understand issues related to scripts.

It all depends on what kind of script you need. I needed a call center script and looked at all the available information about it. I found some help with a customer service script and that solved my problem a lot. I learned not only common call center scripting techniques, but I was able to put them to good use in practice.
