Pre-Workout
I have had this happen when I take certain pre-workout suppliments. Everyone reacts to them differently. Black Rage really gives me hot flashes and sometimes the shakes. Others do not.

possibly blood pressure?
Like 1144, I'd suggest consulting your physician. Make sure you're breathing full breaths in and out through the workouts as that tends to elevate your blood pressure if you don't. i.e. if you breath in on the contraction, don't hold your breath on the extension, make sure you breath out through your mouth.
If you're eating or drinking something consistently pre-workout, eliminate one thing for a few days and see if that alleviates the problem. It could be an allergy and the working out just exacerbates it because your blood is pumping more so it spreads it throughout your body faster.
Good luck and let us know.

Middleschmertz?
THere is a time between regular menstruation and the start of menopause, before peri-menapause...called middleschmertz. Funny name, just google it. Also, it could be the intensity you are working at, or the type of workout you are doing. Maybe you are working your heart rate too high? There is a maximum heart rate level, and when you work beyond it, you can experience similar symptoms.

I don't have any idea of this adrenaline pump and getting hot during work out sessions. However, I get really hot while working on a pumping concrete foundation, only during summers of course!
