Times??
Can anyone tell me the specific times designated for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the snacks! I work nights and it is hard to judge the times...I feel if I eat a meal at 4:30am, is this consider a afternoon snack, a dinner or what? Can someone help me keep my times straight?

Times
I don't go by times bc sometimes I'll eat breakfast at 8 am and other days I eat it at 10 a.m... same for lunch. every now and then it will be 2pm and I'll b eating lunch-- We usually always eat dinner around 6pm. I track my meals not by time but by what I consider that meal to be. hope this helps---

I agree
I'm up all night and sleep during the late morning, early afternoon - so I just call the meal what I consider it to be.
When my kids eat dinner (at a7pm) it's not necessarily dinner for me, usually lunch, but usually it is my biggest meal of the day. Go Figure.
If you eat breakfast before you go to bed since it's morning, I do this - then I'll put it as breakfast. My days kind of overlap with meal times like this too though.
Sorry I'm not much help,
E
