Tips to get started
Our challenge is to lose 20 pounds in 10 weeks. Here are some helpful tips to get you started.
1) Drink water. To lose weight you need to drink half your body size. Ex: your weight 200pds - drink 100oz. Every day!!!
2) Do not eat after 7:30pm
3) Stay within your calorie range ( Ask me if you don't know)
4) Keep a food journal
5) Don't eat processed food (nothing from a box)
6) Excersize
This should be good to start with! Remember you are not dieting, you're adjusting your lifestyle! I promise you, you will see results!
