Tired after working out?
I worked out hard than normal this morning, and afterward all I wanted to do was go to bed and take a nap. Not my normal post work out feeling.

Also my legs were so tired they could barely hold me up. I did a quick search on google and found this interesting article, so I thought I'd share it, in case other people are experiencing the same thing.

My biggest take away is to eat a snack before working out, I get up and pretty much go straight to the gym, I need fuel first.
