Toning
I need advice. I am trying to tone my arms. I am still losing weight and they are starting to tone, but I have a tendancy to bulk more than lose around my arms. My question is should I do more reps or add more weight to lose the most on my arms but still tone? Thanks

Toning the arms hmmmm....
ok maybe you should check and see what is causing you to build muscle in your arms like weight lifting... and focus more on other parts of your body.

Maybe lighter weight and more reps.

For toning try to do 18-20 reps with every set and only rest 60 seconds between sets.
