Too much salt????
My husband was listening to the radio yesterday on his way home, and the topic was about salt. So, when he got home, he found the article that they were discussing; here is the link, it's very interesting.

I believe it... there was no studies done to indicate that dietary salt caused heart disease. All the research is pointing to highly processed, toxic food and additives... sugars, processed wheat, msg, artificial sweeteners, refined inflammatory fats and chemical additives. ... Eat Real Food and use sea salt or celtic sea salt.

THey have also discovered that too little is just as . . .
dangerous. I have high bp so I do watch it, but don't get too crazy if I go over. Actually too much IRON is more problematic, as there is no way to rid the body of excess iron, aside from donating blood.

Eat real food, you get enough sodium in it naturally. I use very little salt.

Interesting point on iron CutCarb! I have always been slightly anemic so I have never worried about too much iron.

Don't women of child bearing age shed iron monthly?
