Tracking Exercise--Please HELP!
How come when I track my exercise it doesn't automatically add more calories to my diet tracker? I end up just doing it in my head but whenever I work out I know that I can eat more because I need to eat my 1200 calories a day, however, if I'm at my limit for fat, calories, and protein, but not for calories, I don't know what to do!! HELP!

RE:
Do you have unsubmitted workouts from past dates? If you have unsubmitted workouts from past dates the site will not allow you to enter actual results for the present. Also the site will not let you see actual calories burned if there are workouts in the past that are unsubmitted. Go back to the earliest unsubmitted workout and submit them in order up until the present date and you should be able to submit your actual results for the current date. Please let me know if this does not help.
