Tracking progress in workouts
Maybe I missed it, but does this service offer a way to track increases in workouts? What I mean is that I would like a way to track my weight training progress perhaps even in a graphical format. So if I started out curling 40 lbs, but have increased to 70 lbs, I would like a way to visualize my improvements over time. This would also be useful to me since I don't take a notebook with me to the gym in order to look up my last lifted set in whatever muscles I want to work that day. I would like a way to see where I left off and what I should be lifting today without having to back track and pull up individual past workouts. I hope this makes sense. Perhaps track by individual exercise so I can view my progress with that particular exercise or body part.
Thanks!

traking progress in workouts
we have plans for a "stats" page that includes details like you request but we haven't put the plan into action yet due to more pressing issues.
but we store all of the data and would be able to show that in the future. we do have graphs for various body measurements that you can track http://www.fitclick.com/body_measurement_chart
