Trying to GAIN weight
I am a 24 year old female. I am 5'10" and weigh 106 lbs. I am desperately trying to gain weight and muscle. Any ideas? I am working out nightly and trying to up my calorie intake. Attempting to eat 2800 calories a day. Any ideas? Any are welcome!!

adding a supplement drink would help -- some type of protein powder or a smoothie-type drink (one you make yourself or something store-bought like naked juice)

New Member need help
Im and 18 year old male Im 6'2 185lbs and Im trying to get up 195 or 200. And I was wondering if the FitClick workout and diets are the way to go or should I go off one someone made? Also I was wondering do I need to fill in a blank day with a workout, or will the FitClick fill it in as I move along?
