Trying to get to 10% body fat or less
Ok well I have droped 30lbs in the last 70 days to get to my wieght goal. Now I am trying to rebuild muscule and drop 12% body fat to get ot 10% body fat or better while increasing my strentgh. and suggestions

Wow is RIGHT!
If I did the math right you lost 0 .42 lbs each day for 70 days. That's Approximately three lbs a week, when 2 lbs a WEEK is the max to safely lose weight. If you ate very little during this time your going to build the size of your fat cells more than muscle and your body probably fed off of your muscle and bone! If I'm not mistaken on this but men can go into the single digits in the body fat category and be OK but it matters how its done, your very young and it may seem like you bounce back from risks taken, that is until your older and then the results of those risks taken come home to roost! I'm just sayin be careful.

i lost more than that a week and i am trying to get info o n how to finish burning the fat not useless facts thank you tho
