Look into carb cycling. Cut refined carbs and sugar out of your diet, along with alcohol. It's a long process to go from 12-15% bf to 10%... The body just doesn't want to get that low. I used intermittent fasting to get into the 11-12% range (check Leangains.com), but I've been stuck there for months now.

Although not for me, you might look into a ketogenic diet or a PSMF-Protein Sparing Modified Fast diet
