You are the strongest person out there..you are a mother!
Sometimes the hardest part of loosing the "Baby weight" is that you now do not have as much time to wor.kout or plan the healthiest meals. I find it is eaiser to include my daughter ( who is now 2) in my workouts. I bike ride with her in the trailer or run with her in my jogging stroller, not only is she included but it burns more calories. When she was younger I was involved in a group called stroller strides that was a playgroup designed around moms that exercised with their babies. We would do wall sits while singing a song to the children and we couldn't stop until the song was over. I find that now that my daughter is older she is great inspiration for me to run harder because she cheers me on.
On the diet side of things, it is just finding foods that are good for your body. This is where I struggle but I try to think how healthy the food I eat would be for my child and if I would allow them to eat ice cream out of the container at midnight..if the anwser is no then I try to find a healthy alternative or just skip that late night snacking. I hope some of this was helpful. Best of luck!!

A simple tip. Rest against a concrete or brick wall and try to do as many sit-ups as you can. Just try to increase the number each day. Believe me, it works!
