Tummy Flab!
Hey guys. I am looking for some good exercises to get a flat tummy. It's so frustrating because like the sides of my stomach are toned. But my middle part is just flabby. Please help me!!!!!!

Situps
Do a million situps---lol Just kidding.... I use my stability ball and do situps as much as possible.... Good luck in your goals!!!

Standing Abs
I do Zumba Flat Abs and a standing dumbbell ab workout. Both work all the muscles. Cardio and diet also play a bit part!

Situps
Abs are hard to train because it takes alot of hard work to see results. When you get to 5 sets of 100 reps after every workout you will have abs of steal. 100 side crunches on both side 100 bicycle 100 leg raises and 100 situps.

Cardio!
Cardio is the best thing for you when trying to lose fat. Also, burning less calories than what you put in. If you exercise that part of your body without losing the fat first, you will end up with muscle over fat.
